Beautiful Trailer, Bland Poster Debut for 3D Stop

Based on original concepts by writer/ko-Director Chris Butler, who has worked as a story artist and Director's order for a number of films including "Coraline" and "theCorpse Bride", the film is directed by Sam Fell, vet Aardman directed underrated "Flushed Away," before she took over the Universal "tale of Despereaux" from "thetriplets of Belleville" genius Sylvain Chomet after Chomet's vision is not considered commercial enough. Centered on a boy named Norman Babcock (Kodi Smit-McPhee) that has the ability to speak with the dead and who is called to save the town by the sea horrible monstrosities. The voice Cast also includes impressive Casey Affleck, John Goodman, Jeff Garlin, Anna Kendrick, Leslie Mann, Christopher Mintz-Plasseand Elaine Stritch.

It is disappointing, given that more visuals on display at the teaser trailer, posters for "ParaNorman" is such a dud. We understand keeping things close to the vest (the movie is not scheduled to hit theaters until August of next year), but there is a difference between secrets and bland, and posters don't tell you anything about the movie's about or what kind of wild, whimsical pleasure is undoubtedly in the store.

You realize this TEASER poster, right. Secretive good if it makes You want to see more.
